...GET THE MESSAGE THROUGH TO THE COLLECTION AGENCIES BY MAKING THEIR NUMBERS USELESS THROUGH PHONE SPAM........
The Problem?
I just got a new phone, and getting it required a new phone number.
I am now getting 30 PLUS phone calls a day from AUTOMATED PHONE DIALING REPRESENTING COLLECTION AGENCIES TRYING TO
HARASS THE FORMER OWNERS OF MY PHONE NUMBER.
But they're harassing me instead.
The automated dialing lists give a name and a number to present the 20 digit number they rattle off to.
When called and explained to the number is no longer listed to (My phone's ringing right NOW with another one)
They seem compliant but the calls go on and on, and they're increasing in number......
...the guy and woman who had my number MUST HAVE BEEN BURNIE MADOFFS, FOR THE COLLECTION AGENCIES ARE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.......
So to solve this problem and give some of you out there a laugh knowing you helped someone get even by forcing collection agencies TO OBEY THE LAW and provide in their automated calls THE ABILITY to indicate back that their phone calls are in error and to treat this situation seriously WITHOUT HAVING TO CALL A PAY NUMBER.
HERE'S THEIR NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS AND THE AGENCIES THEY REPRESENT I'M GOING TO START LISTING THEM SO THAT IF YOU WANT YOU CAN CALL THEM for me AND TELL THEM WHAT YOU THINK OF THIS PRACTICE!!
REMEMBER 800 NUMBER CALLS ARE BILLED BACK TO THEIR OWNERS - the collection agencies. AFTER A $20,000 phone bill they MIGHT start obeying the law!!!!!!!!!!!
I authorize you all to speak on my behalf................ I'm DONE calling a pay number back to correct THEIR error and have them too lazy to correct their error and take me off their list...........

Now back to a solution........ The phone companies should required to keep a "reissued number" List that these bill collectors are required to check against before calling to know they would be calling back in error AT THE SAME TIME KEEPING THE PRIVACY OF THE NEW OWNERS.. To subject an unknowing NEW PHONE NUMBER OWNER TO PAY TO DO THEIR JOB IS OUTRAGOUS!!!!
It SHOULD BE ILLEGAL to automate these calls requiring you to call back a PAY - NUMBER to correct THEIR ERROR and then be lazy so as to not take the number off the call list and make even MORE calls.
if it is automated they MUST GIVE A FEEDBACK ABILITY TO KNOW THE CALL WAS IN ERROR but I think if it's a harrassing bill collector they should have to call you person to person PERIOD.
What they have been doing amounts to harassment.
