The condition in which person having the problem in falling or staying asleep is called Insomnia.

Some tips to improve Sleep are:

Avoid intake of caffeine, alcohol or Nicotine before going to bed.
Eat and go to bed at same time every day.
Try to keep comfortable sleeping condition.
Do some Exercise or Medication before going to bed.
