1ST. UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM.
If you look at Haiti - IT HAS NO REAL COMMERCE OR MONEY INFLUX.......
The ONLY INFLOW of money into Haiti is the former family members who have managed to LEAVE THE COUNTRY WHO SEND MONEY BACK TO FAMILIES IN HAITI.
No real Businesses, just a population quite literally feeding off each other, STAGNANT.
There is no opportunities at all for a thriving economy.
THIS IS WHERE THE HOME MAKEOVER TEAM COMES IN........
"PEOPLE OF HAITI - COME ON OUT!!!!"
The solution is for OUR GOVERNMENT to create a PARTNERSHIP with the HAITIAN GOVERNMENT.
You see, as it is now, money goes to help Haiti, but when the money's gone each time NOTHING CHANGES due to THE LACK OF INCOME GENERATING OPPORTUNITIES.
We can and will throw money to Haiti - but NOTHING WILL REALLY CHANGE.
OUR GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO PARTNER WITH HAITI AND ALLOW UNRESTRICTED TRAVEL BETWEEN OUR COUNTRIES.
The purpose is to change Haiti to a POPULATION OF A COMMUTING WORK FORCE to the US.
By doing this we won't be wasting our money throwing it away getting nothing in return.
We would be able to tax them as they work, train and learn new skills. While our US Companies receive the benefits of cheaper labor.
As a LABOR EXCHANGE AGREEMENT with Haiti, The Haitians would be required to LEARN NEW MONEY MAKING SKILLS,
such as what is IMMEDIATELY NEEDED IN HAITI HERE IN THE US.
LIKE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS, HEALTHCARE AND FOOD PRESERVATION AND FOOD PREPARATION SPECIALISTS. SANITATION WORKERS
AGRICULTURE ETC.
Then after learning these skills in the US BE REQUIRED TO DO THE SAME JOB every so often in rotation FOR 3 MOS BACK IN HAITI.
If the government then gives tax benefits to companies who hire and help train the Haitians who commute to the US they will benefit tremendously.
It's cheaper AND MORE COST EFFECTIVE to allow them to come over here where the support / education community currently exists than try to export it and set it up in an unstable country controlled by the criminal element. CREATING JOBS HERE TEACHING, TRAINING, EDUCATING ETC. MORE CAN BE DONE WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY......
Instead of all our support goods being commandeered and sold on the black market to someone who has no money.

The way I see it in a quick overview generality, HAITI WOULD BE GOOD FOR GENERATING FOOD (FISH) EXPORTS, AND CASINO OR RESORT INDUSTRIES.
HAITI IS IN RUINS, HERE'S THE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE HOME MAKEOVER.
(*NOTE - resources for reconstruction in Haiti are Limited like gravel for concrete etc. Seems to me it'd be practical to bring in STONE CRUSHERS to break up old concrete for the gravel to rebuild - Only the experts would know if this would work.....)
With the cooperation of the American Government and the Haitian Government, Architects should be sent in to redesign the Island of Haiti. Determine the Amounts of Housing needed, then
OFFER OCEAN FRONT PROPERTY FOR 100 YEAR LEASE ON CONDITION APARTMENTS AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION JOBS BE BUILT AT THE SAME TIME INSIDE HAITI BY THE CASINO - RESORT DEVELOPERS - divide up the inner workings of Haiti among the beach front Properties .
One side of Haiti for fishing, shipping of and food processing, refrigeration and distribution etc.
Right now, a BOAT MANUFACTURER WITH BOATS HE CAN'T SELL, should take them to HAITI.
The Haitian boat fleets have been ravaged by Hurricanes and general poverty. US COMMERCIAL FISHING FLEET COMPANIES HAVE AN opportunity for cheap labor and BIG PROFITS when aligned with the Haitian Government.
Move in the fishing fleet, the food processing and distribution and ice making plants. Current food needs of the
starving nation can be met this way.
US and UNITED NATIONS FUNDINGS COULD BE USED FOR THIS PURPOSE.
So Now, we are starting to see the INCOME GENERATING CHANGE NEEDED IN HAITI!
The Haitians who were allowed to come to this country to learn jobs in construction are now in cycles rotating out to go back for periods of time to work in construction BACK IN HAITI. ALONG WITH HEALTHCARE WORKERS ETC.
AMERICAN INVESTORS are then building the housing etc, needed in Haiti while building their resorts and Casinos on the Ocean Front.
Allow free travel between Haiti and the US, educate JUST ONE GENERATION AND FOLLOW THIS THEME AND HAITI WOULD PUT JAMAICA TO SHAME AS A RESORT AREA.
TEN YEARS TIME AND IT COULD BE THE BIGGEST AND MOST SUCCESSFUL RESORT AREA ON THE PLANET.
............AND WE'D NO LONGER BE FEEDING A STARVING POPULATION.......
One side of Haiti for fishing, shipping etc with the entire other side RESORTS AND CASINOS.
and guess what? THERE WOULD BE AN ABUNDANCE OF JOBS AND THE NO OPPORTUNITY CYCLE KILLING AND STARVING HAITI WOULD BE BROKEN!!
Our Economy would SURGE because Haiti has NO RESOURCES OF THEIR OWN - Construction Supplies etc. - ALL WOULD COME FROM THE US HELPING to IMPROVE OUR ECONOMY.
Haiti's Government needs to realize power over the dead and dying is not power at all.
To Organize investors and allow the development of Haiti WHO THEN CAN BE TAXED ON THE INCOME FROM THEIR PROPERTIES AND WORKING POPULATIONS.............Then the TRUE POWER OF A SUCCESSFUL ECONOMY WILL DEVELOP.
You have got the Idea now EXPAND ON IT. If the Government of Haiti Cooperates with American Companies and Investors
IT CAN BE DONE. They should know it's time for this, and the time to make for a serious solicitation for investors in their country.
The inital expense of influx of haitians would be taxing on our resources but when Haiti is developed and taxation on the developed incomes COULD REPAY HAITI'S DEFICIT TO US OVER TIME AND THAT'S IN OUR FAVOR TO REDUCE OURS - MONEY OWED US - ISN'T THAT WHAT WE'RE STRIVING FOR???.........COMBINE THAT WITH OUR ECONOMY STIMULATION THRU BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND IT'S A WIN WIN SITUATION FOR US ALL.
THE GREATEST CONTRACTS ARE ONES THAT BENEFIT ALL PARTIES INVOLVED.
If Haitians Government is worried outsiders would take over the country have a guaranteed profit for investors with an extremely profitable buyout plan. ONLY way to get money to save Haiti is from OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY.
IF WE WERE SERIOUS, THIS IS THE BASIC IDEA OF WHAT SHOULD BE DONE. IN HAITI AND ALONG WITH THE STARVING NATIONS OF AFRICA.
GET WITH IT AMERICA!!!
Currently everyone and all the countries contributing only send enough money to appease their guilt in knowing their plight BUT NOTHING WITH SUBSTANTIAL LONG LASTING RESULTS IS BEING DONE.
ADOPT A COUNTRY TODAY - INFORM YOUR LEGISLATORS ABOUT THE RIGHT KIND OF SUCCESSFUL HAITIAN POLICY TO TRULY SAVE HAITI!
Get together a congregation of investors who truly want to help Haiti and start talks with their government along these lines.
There is NO WAY Haitian's with nothing can do it on their own......
p.s. The "REAL DEAL WITH THE DEVIL" Pat Robertson was talking about was "THE CATHOLIC CHURCH TEACHING IT'S BELIEF OF NO BIRTH CONTROL ON AN ISLAND OF LIMITED SIZE" - THIS IS WHAT THAT HAS REALLY DECIMATED THIS COUNTRY (Haiti)............GET RID OF THIS BELIEF.........
